Nhanganyaya

Mwaka weRendi inguva yekuzvipenengura nokudzamisa ukama hwako naMwari. Kune vazhinji mwaka uyu unouya pamberi pePasika une masvondo akawanda avano rega zvimwe zvinhu zvavanofarira somucherechedzo wokuripira zvikanganiso zvavo. Vamwe vachapedza nguva yakawanda mukunamatira uye kunyengeterera zvinangwa zvavo. Vamwewo vashoma vachatakura muchinjikwa muhomwe dzavo sechiyeuchidzo chechibayiro chavakaitirwa naJesu. 1. KUMBIRA RUREGERERO KUNE MUMWE MUNHU

Rendi iguva yekupfidza. Kazhinji tinofunga zvekukumbira Mwari kuti atiregerere zvivi zvedu, asi izvi hazvina kukwana. Zvivi zvizhinji zvinosanganisira kurwadzisa vamwe vakatikomberedza. Jesu akanga asingadi kuti vamwe varwadziswe. Aisidzidzisa kuti kana uri pakati pokunamata ‘ukayeuka kuti munin’ina/muoma wako kana hanzvadzi yako ane chinongo newe … Tanga wayanana naye wozodzoka kuzopa chipo chako’ (Mateo 5: 23-24). Rendi inguva yakanaka yekutsvaka kukanganwirwa neavo vatakarwadzisa.

2. ITA MABASA AKASIYANA-SIYANA OMUTSA

Ratidza rudo rwako kuna Jesu kuburikidza nekuda vamwe. Unogona kuita izvi nokubhadharira munhu ari shure kwako mumutsara wepatiri muchitoro (akavarairwa) kana kushamisa murombo anenge ari pedo newe murestorendi nokumutengera chokudya. Unokwanisawo kupa mari iri nani kune munhu anenge akushandira panzvimbo inodyirwa. Torawo mukana wokubvunza waunenge uchipfuudzana naye kuti ari sei womira nokuteerera mhinduro yake. 3. VERENGA BHAIBHERI

Vandudza chitendero chako nekuziva Bhaibheri zvakanaka. Riverenge kakawanda uchitora ndima pfupi panguva yoga-yoga. Tsvaga zvinyorwa pamusoro paro pamwe nokufungisisa pamusoro paro uchibatsirwa nemahuku anoritsanangudza. Nyengetera kuburikidza naro. Gugura mharidzo pamusoro paro. Tsvaga nziyo dzinechekuita nebhaibhiri. Mumavhiki matanhatu eRendi une mukana wokunzwisisa bhuku iri roupenyu.

4. KUSHUMIRA VANOSHAIWA

Pamwe tinofunga kuti tinoratidza rudo rwedu nezviito saka hapana chikonzero chokududza mazwi aya. Zvichida tinofunga kuti hatizodzorerwa rudo urwu rwatinenge tapa. Rwisa kutya kwako uku uti ‘Ndinokuda’, ‘Ndine urombo’, ‘Ndatenda’ kushamwari, mhuri pamwe nokuna vose vaunoda. Unogona kuita izvi kunyange kamwechete zvako munguva ino yeRendi.

7. KANDIRA MUNHU WESE KAMHEMBERERO

Jesu kazhinji aishandisa mufananidzo wemabiko kutsanangura Umambo hwaMwari. Akataura nezvemabiko emuchato nemamwewo uye aiwanzobatana nevamwe pamabiko makuru. Ita mabiko akowo ehumambo kuburikida nekubikira vavakidzani, hama kana vamwe vaunoenda navo kuchechi. Pemberera navamwe nechinangwa chokuvafadza kunyange uchizoita mazuva okutsanya.

8. SHANDIRA MUKUNAMATA

Kereke yako inokuda. Batana nevaimbi vepachechi. Batana nevanogamuchira vevaeni nevabatsiri vevanhu pachechi. Zvipire kuverenga muchechi. Shanda nevanoona nezvemakombiuta nemapurojekita. Kana paine mai vakatakura ruswava vabvunze kana paine chavanoda kubatsirwa. Muchidimbu tsvaga nzira dzokushandira sangano rako. 9. ITI ‘NDATENDA.’

Ita katsika kokutenda vabereki, nhengo dzemhuri, vaumbiridzi, vadzidzisi, vanyori, vafudzi, vadzidzisi vechitendero, nevamwe vakakuumba. Vhiki yoga-yoga munguva yeRendi, tumira tsamba yekuonga kune mumwe wavo. Vaudze kukosha kwavaikuitira uye kuti vakakukurudzira sei. Funga nezvekuvapa kachipo kadiki. Kunyange usingavazive nezita ingonyora tsamba yemagetsi uchivatenda.

10. Tsanya

Jesu akataura achiti: ‘Kana iw usina kutendeuka uchaparara.’ Rega chimwe chinhu chaunoda kuratidza rudo rwako naMwari uye nekuponeswa kwemweya yavazhinji. Nokuti ‘Kwete’ kuzvido zvako unenge uchiti ‘hongu’ kuna Mwari kuti apinde mumwoyo mako. Kumbira Mweya Mutsvene kuti akuvhenekere uone chaunofanira kurega mumwaka uno weRendi.

11. Funga nezvekutsanya imwe mhando yeruzha

Nhandanyaya

Kuna mhando pfumbamwe dzavanhu. Mumwe nemumwe anemaitiro ake ezvinhu. Chombo chandichakupa mukabhuku kano ndechekukubatsira kuzvinzwisisa iwe pachoko zviri nani uye kunzwisisa vamwe vakakukomberedza. Muchirungu nhaurwa ino inonzi ‘The Enneagram.’

 

 

1.     Mushanduri

Nhanganyaya

Tatinda tapinda muGore Idzva! Sarudzo dzegore dzva mukana wakanaka kune vose vakakundikana asi vanoda kugadzirisa upenyu hwavo.  Uno ndiwo mukana wekugara pasi uchigadzirisa mararamiro ako. Ndichakubatsira nezvimwe zvinhu zvaunokwanisa kuzvipira kuita kana kushandura.

Nyora pasi urongwa hwebhizimisi.

Gore rino, tanga kufunga nezvebhizimusi raunoda kuita wotovamba kuita zvimwe zvinhu. Chekutanga nyora pasi urongwa hwebhizimusi rako. Kana uchinge wanyora pfungwa dzako pasi uchakurudzirwa kudzizadzisa.

Shanda nemuviri wako

Zviri nyore kuti utange chirongwa chekudupukisa muviri wako, asi chinonetsa kuwana purogiramu iri nyore isingazoita kuti uore mwoyo as pachiva neshanduko inoonekera. Iwe zviudze kuti kana chitoro chiri padyo ndichafamba netsoka, ndichasiya motokari yangu nechekure kuitira kuti ndikwanise kufamba. Ndichadya tusadza tushoma masikati chete etc.

Kusangana nevanhu vatsva kunogona kubatsira pautano hwomupfungwa uye kubatsira basa rako, saka usatya kubuda uchiumba ushamwari. Kukurira kunyara kwako, tsvaga ruzivo  – zvipire kuzangana nekuziva vanhu vatsva.

Famba-famba

Vamwe vanhuvanoswera vakangoti go kugara pamba. Izvi zvinowanzokanganira utano. Unofanira kutsvaga nzira dzokupota uchifamba-famba zuva rose panzvimbo yekugara wakangotarisana nekombiyuta. Zvinogona kutonakidza ukatsvaga shamwari dzokufamba-famba nadzo. Zvipire kupota kuchizunza muviri.

Iva nechivimbo chakanyanya uye utora mikana

Kuvimba nezvauri kuchakubatsira kutungamirira hupenyu hunofadza zvikuru. Usazeza kutsvaga dzokusimudzira chivimbo chako. Kana uine chivimbo vamwe vachazviona uye uchabudirira. Zvipire kuvimba nezvauri.

Wana mari yakawanda

Kunyange munhu mabhiriyoni anoramba achitsvaga nzira dzekuwana mari yakawanda. Isu vanhuwo zvavo tinoda imwe mari kuitira kuti upenyu huve nani. Rara zvakanaka

Zvinhu zvakaita se Chivhitivhiti, Kombiuta, foni, hwendefa (tablets), nemidziyo yakasiyana-siyana yamagetsi zvinogona kutitadzisa kurara zvakanaka. Edza kurara kwamaawa anosvika masere. Zvipire kurara zvakakwana.

Usapedza nguva yakawanda uri pachivhitivhiti

Vazhinji vanotambisira nguva pachivhitivhiti kunze kwekutora nguva vachiwedzera ruzivo rwavo, vachidzidza uye vachifamba-famba. Ukazvipira kuona chivhitivhiti kwenguva shoma uchaona kuti une nguva yakawanda yekuita zvinhu zvine musoro.

Rongeka

Kune vakawanda kunze uko vasina kurongeka, vane madhesiki ane nyonganyonga kana dzimba dzine bvonyongera. Izvi zvinokanganisa budiriro yako kana mafungiro ako saka rongeka. Chenesa imba yako rarama upenyu husina nyonga nyonga. Zvipire kurongeka.

Pedza nguva yakawanda nevanhu vasvinu
